I'm pretty sure you cant. i saw a way using the pokewalker but they said that u may lose ur pokemon

No, don't think you can. But you can trade your Pokemon to Diamond or Pearl, and use the GTS glitch to clone them. The GS cloning glitch was nice, and you could get all of the starters...

I don't think you can, unless you ahve an AR.. : )
