I have seen with my own eyes he has more than 2 maxed stats. 510 evs are all pokemon may have. That is enough to max 2 stats and raise a third by a miniscule amount.

Yeah hacked pokemons? lets form an angry MOB!!! Hacked pokemons is the worst thing that has affected pokemon. Hacking also makes games more boring and less competitive
