Project: Jade

I have a plan.
For the past centuries, man and pokemon have been slowly losing thier differences, and becoming eachother. Our first subject to experience this combination was a young woman named Jade, whom seemed to be combined with Dragonair DNA. We don't why this happened, or how it can be stopped. Since then, the people we call "PokeMen" have been growing in numbers, and have been outcasts of our society.
We need to clean our races. We need to keep our definitions of man and pokemon.
I propose, that we exterminate the whole PokeMen race.
There is an issue in this plan though, Jade, the first subject, has seemed to have started a rebellion. This, don't you worry, will be easily taken care of. The Goverment of Region 4 will save our race!

Background of this World:
This is not your normal pokemon world people. In case you haven't noticed.
The world of pokemon has been slowly taken over by goverments of each region the goverment is run be (SUPRISE!) the evil teams.
There is Region 1(Johto, run by Team Rocket), Region 2(Kanto, run by Team Rocket), Region 3(Hoenn, run by Team Aqua and Magma), Region 4(Sinnoh, run by Team Galactic). Generation 5 pokemon will not be included in this game. Your mission in this game is to...

Your choice. All players will be equally respected.

RULES:
-No changing sides, if you pick good, you stay good, if you pick bad, stay bad.
-PG and below, people.
-RP love is allowed, but no farther than making out.
-Please be active. I will PM you a warning if you are gone longer than 3 weeks. If you don't reply within 5 weeks(without prior warning), you will be replaced or just taken off.
-Do not flame.
-Please use good grammar and spelling
-Do not be a godmod. If I see a "Joshua runs into a portal that his pet bunny made and sees Arceus. He says "Die! YOU UGLY FIEND!!!!" and blows him up." Or something that I consider similiar, then you will be temporarely banned from the game.
-Members must be accepted by me before playing.
-You may have two characters, one for good, one for evil
-If you think you have a good reason to break any of these rules, PM me BEFORE you break them and I will determine if it will be accepted.

OKay, let's start this thing.


You are going to start in Region 3. Team Aqua and Magma rule this region, and Hitoshi and Markar both live in the town called "#354".

Naoki is only a student in the Aqua and Magma Traning School. Today, they are enlisting PokeMen to enter the "Hunger Tournament" a reality show where PokeMen kill eachother to survive. It is mid-day, and you both are having a lunch break outside. Markar, who is in the city dump, deprived from education, Hitoshi is in the Academy, which is very "ghetto", and Naoki in the Aqua and Magma Training School, which is pretty high-class. Writing intended for Markar will be red. Writing intended for Hitoshi will be blue, and writing intended for Naoki will be indigo.

A boy with frizzy, blonde hair, and ears that are yellow that spike out of his head, jumps down the huge trash piles and sits beside you. He seems to be starving, eating the little food he has left.

The teacher dismisses you to go outside for lunch, which, due to the low food rations, is half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich for each person. You sit aside from the others.

You are dismissed out of training school. Your fellow students stare at you, or you are 3 years early to be in the school in the first place.

Background: Hyper was very weak from birth, even now he has to exterminate foes before they land a hit or he will be injured. Thankfully his extreme power helps him own enemies.
Special Abilities: Can shoot a Hyperbeam from chest that is almost unstoppable, any weapon he has is magnified in power, but he is drained fast and is fragile physically.
