He was built for a hail team.So first of all Snow Cloak ups evaission in a hailstorm. Curse ups defense and baton pass passes it to the next pokemon.Rest will recover any damage taken whilst upping the evaission. Hail is there incase of a tyraniter or any weather changing moves.Tell me what yu think and help me to improve on my pokemon.

Not very good...
First off, most standard battles ban the moves like Double Team, which is your biggest problem already.
If its a hail team, you should have Blizzard, glaceon puts a big dent in anything that doesn't resist it.

You could curse pass, or use glaceon for wish support, but other then that glaceon doesn't have much else to offer.

Yes it is.

No offense but's it's pretty bad..... Standard battles ban Double Team.
