A new ds game. I plan on getting later in the week you should all check it out. I have a older version of the game for gamecube. The ds game ps0 has over 350 weapons lots of levels, and you can even use wifi to play with 3 other random people or friends online. The game has a chat to write messages in the game. Probably has a voice chat too. The game has a great story line and its really long. You can choose different classes like mages, hunters, and robots. You can use magic attacks, traps, guns, swords and more. Its a great game check it out by wikipedia, google, ot yahoo searching it. If you get the game post your fc here. If you plan on getting it post here. Also you have free will in this game you will enjoy running around and fighting with your friends. I will get the game either this weekend or next i will be glad to play with you all.
CHARACTERS:
When you start a new game you can create your character from three different classes: Human, CAST, and Newman. Each character type has at least four pre-set body types, the exception being Human which has an extra two body types making six total character choices for the humans. After you choose a body type, you can change the Head type, hair, body, skin, and costume colors; the voice type, and Mag Color. Depending on which character class you choose, the story will start differently; but the main story line stays the same in the end.
STORY LINE:
Seeing that the story changes depending on which character you choose and what text you say, there is not a set storyline. There are, however, similar story elements such as characters and events. Generally saying though, your character goes though the story and learns about a 200 year gap in the history of the planet known as "The Great Blank". Online, you can only play side quests and some quests unique to online play, but in the offline story, you explore the ruins that are scattered around the planet completing main story missions and side quests. You eventually come to terms with common enemies and defeat them in order to finish the game.
GAME PLAY:
Featured in the game is "Visual Chat", a take on PictoChat where players communicate by drawing and writing on the DS touch screen. According to the February issue of Nintendo Power (Vol.238, page 38), "Up to 20 messages may be saved to shortcuts so they're accessible at any time via a quick tap of the touch screen". However, communication among unfamiliar users is limited to preset chat. The game contains three online modes: Free Mode, in which the player is randomly paired up with a party of one to three users; Friend Mode, where the player can invite friends into a private room (and vice versa); and Single Mode, where the player can play online by oneself to level up, (similar to Phantasy Star Online's offline mode) and play online exclusive levels. Also, there is a full offline story mode as mentioned above.
The game contains over 350 weapons[3], debuting two new weapon classes, Shields and Gunslashes. Shields are blunt weapons that can be used to block an enemy attack at the cost of PP, and Gunslashes are hybrid mixes between guns and swords, allowing for long range and short range interchangeability by holding the Left Trigger button. [4] You can upgrade most weapons by using Grinders which add to its overall attack, and even customize some weapons to have special abilities.
DSI WARE VERSION:
A smaller version of the game, Phantasy Star 0 Mini, was released for the Nintendo DSiWare service on March 25, 2009. Sega has also mentioned the possibility of a new Nintendo DSi-exclusive downloadable stage for the game, possibly one from the original Phantasy Star Online. A poll for players to pick their favorite classic stage will be held on Sega of Japan's website at a later date.[5] News has yet to be anounced for a USA version of this download.

It's a sweet game, no doubt. If you've played either Phantasy Star Online or Universe, then you'll have no problem picking this one up and playing right off the bat.
