PokeWalker.. Empty PokeWalker..

Does not have a long battery life and stops counting steps after a while. Anyone else having this trouble? By the way the normal battery life is 3-6 months. Get ready for the hassle of finding a battery..

Still disappointed that I have to go out and by one every 4 months just to keep using it. Profit on the battery industry, for sure.

Really? I'd think it was more. Doesn't something awful happen when the battery dies like it resets entirely?

The battery life is determined by the usage. So if you don't use Pokewalker often the battery duration will be longer. I believe it says if you use the Pokewalker X amount of time for every day it will last a certain amount of time for instance 4 months.

Are you sure the battery dies or it just goes to sleep if it does that just hold the middle button for 5 seconds. Hope I helped!

You will still have everything if it resets. Everything is saved on the DS and is just temporary unavailable. When you get the Walker fix it's just like new.

In order to connect with him, I had to sit on his bed shaking it until a pokemon even joined him. Smile
