Read the rule at the first page before asking questions that are already answered. You have until february 1st to enter and all you have to do is: create a banner with the right dimensions (those who are given to the first page), create an avatar 100x100 and create a background for the forum. Go check the rules if you want more specific details.

is everyone with a banner/avatar entered already or must you say i want in?if so i want in, and does the avatar/banner have to be a ho-oh/lugia or is it anything that is animate(appropriate) and lastly about the banner what if someone made you the banner do you still get the PT ordoes the guy/girl that made it get it or is the PT shared between both people?

he means get art work in fast and if u worked in a group on the banner you have to share the PT and he is extending the deadline again until march 1st

wow dang, but i didnt only dinez worked on it and for that i gave him 4 shiny evd pokemon as my way of paying him for the job so does that mean ill get the PT if i win?
