groudon, he's weak against waters but his drought and solarbeam make up for it!

Groudon is more of a physical attacker so Solar Beam wouldn't be his best option.
In my opinion Mewtwo is the strongest in the game, it has almost perfectly distributed Stats, and a great movepool.
its also the original Uber
