High level pokemon training

Hey guys most of my pokemon are at the inbetween stages from wild to just continually doing the elite four for training. My highest is a 61 so it is to hard to fight the upgraded elite four, but it seems it take a little to long to train on the pokemon at mt. silver. Please could you let me know what you think I should do?

You can always rematch former trainers, and I don't think the elite four improves until AFTER you beat red. Unless you already beat him with that low level pokemon? But I think your best bet would be fighting the elite four again (unless they improved) or training on the pokemon in Mt. Silver.

Train at Mt. Silver and the Trainer House, get some Lucky Eggs.

The best way I've found to train in this game is to rematch a certain gym leader, that you know you have a pokemon who can sweep his team.
The rematch gym leaders teams are levelled between 50 and 60, and are all gym pokemon so they stay with a certain type. and you can battle them as many times as you want.

but just to let you know, I got all of my pokemon up to level 70 with this method in only a few hours.

Yah that doesn't make any sense.
How could you have beat red with a level 61 as your highest, and not being able to beat the elite 4

I probably can... it's just not only am I now training the high level pokemon but others too and i don't know if i can beat the elite four improved with one less spot. Red had a lot of potions with it still can't believe my highest was 20 lower then his average.

Why would you not have an extra slot? And the elite four improved has weaker pokemon than red.

He needs other options because if you read, he said he doesn't think he can beat the improved elite four.

I think e4 improves when u can fight red not after u beat him

also just ask for a lucky egg in the trading section it makes it so pokemon get exp like they are traded pokes

i suggest rematch the gym leaders.

What I used to do, is get one pokemon, who you know can at least sweep the first member of the elite 4, then have him and another pokemon go in holding experience share, and only bring in these two pokemon.
Then keep doing it until all the pokemon you have are a high enough level. Eventually you will have 5 pokemon around the same level and one thats wayyy above them. Its pretty nice
I used scizor to beat the Psychic elite, and it could also take me all the way to the champion with a bug and flying type attack once it got high enough level.

this, the elite four was my best friend back in Firered

I beat Blue the other day. I'm picking up numbers to rematch all of the gym leaders, rematch the elite four, and then go after red. My Pokemon are all already level 60+, and I've heard of people beating Red with Pokemon around that level, so... I'm hoping all the best.
