Basically the goal is to set up spikes, stealth rock, and sandstorm to deal massive damage to foes switching in and to help evasion, also the U turns are to deal damage and to switch in to a different pokemon depending on the situation, The roosts are just so that all of them can pretty much recover, and scizor can usually 1 hit everyone after the spikes sandstorm and stealth rock and after 1 sword dance can kill mostly everything other then empoleon and other pokemon that reisit steel.

But i need suggestions
Mostly for switching flygon or swampert
Or anything that would Help :]

Please tell us the Item, Ability, Ev spread, etc of each Pokemon for a full rate. There's no way anyone can rate this team.XD lol

i can! i say that u need to KEEP IT THE WAY IT IS its fine just try a couple battles and see if u can battle with that stratigie

Is this a mixed Tyranitar? If not replace Flamethrower with Fire Punch.

Good but keep in mind Icebeam is better than Blizzard in many situations.

Is this a mixed? If not replace Dragon Pulse with Dragon Claw

also, you need to include the evs and other details

It is a good team but the only thing it is lacking is a fire type or anything with a fire move

you need more offensive pokemon like tyranitar or metagross

If you wanted to replace one of your pokemon or include another one in their I suggest Metagross or Golem other than that awesome team.

First of all replace one of your Pokemon with a Rapid Spin Blocker.
One of those things can ruin your whole strategy.
RS is getting popular by every second.
Mixape can rip through this team when Flygon is down.
You did not mention the items on your Pokémon so there a good chance that Mixed Infernape will 1HKO even with the resistance after Nasty Plot or Swords Dance.

Just be sure to Scarf that Flygon.
Over all great start.
The purpose of Sand Storm is to use it against your opponent as use it as your number one advantage.
Be sure to abuse it.
Just keep battling a lot an you'll get the hang of it for sure.

This is a pretty good team but i advise u to change the flamethrower to something else

For skarmory i think u need at least 1 attack move sry about what i am saying though
