i am new but i wish i could get a shiny rayquaza ev trained and a shiny arceus idk if its not ev trained and one more pokemon a jirachi i would prefer if it were shiny but the fact that i get my favorite pokemon is good enogh and also could the jirachi have draco meteor? EDIT: nvm the arceus can i have a shiny evd gengar?and instead of the rayquaza could i have a evd dusknoir

I got the raquaza in a trade from bmtdan so i dont need that anymore
