Try this moveset

Mewtwo and lucario aren't going to be battling for positions on a team anyway, because of the tier differnce... so that doesn't really matter.

First of all, why would you have 2 Fighting-type moves?

Next, why Swords Dance if you only have one physical attacking move?


I think that if you want to use Swords Dance, you should replace Focus Blast with something physical and more decent like Earthquake/Crunch/Stone Edge/Blaze Kick

Also, switching Drain Punch to Close Combat is an option.

And finally, I think the speed booster you are looking for is Agility, but I do not recommend having 2 stat boosters on any Pokemon other than a baton passer. If you want something fast on your Lucario, try an Extremespeed.
