Mewtwo in GSC?!?!

Ive heard rumors that you CAN access Cerulean Cave in GSC. I know you cant but others tell me you can. Opinions?

You have to beat Red then you can catch Mewtwo.

I'm going through Crystal now. It's possible. I'm sure this is why Google was made. Haha.

Well i know you can get to cerulean city but as i recall isnt there a guy blocking the entrance to the cave??

No im saying this is in the old GBC games. The cave cant be accessed but ive rumors that you can get in there.
