Near Perfect Lucario

i have a lucario(very first one i ever had) and i revently started messing aroun with ev's and iv's, this lucario has yet to go through ev training but its probably too late now, any way here are its iv's:
Lvl:85
HP:31
ATK:31
DEF:31
SP. ATK:22
SP. DEF:31
SPD:31
its ability is inner focus, it has a hardy nature, its attacks are Close Combat, Iron Tail, Aura Sphere, and Earthquake, all PP is max.
Ive had quite the offers for this thing before and i would like to know who could beat those offers and how much he really is worth

not to good for competive beacuse of its nature you canprobabily pick off a shiny poke as u say ur lucario is good for breeding
