Edit: I could also get you a Leafeon, Glaceon, and Drifloon for a Shaymin. Also, I see you haven't taken PCP off your list? And, if I recall correctly, I was supposed to let you borrow mine? I could definitely still let you borrow Pichu for free if you are still looking for one!

Ah. Someone else lent me their PCP already. I just might want one for my own someday. I should probably edit the 'for Spikey-eared Pichu' part, though.

As long as the Eevee is Male (95% of the time it is, le grr!) it will pass egg moves if it breeds with Ditto or a pokemon compatible with it that's capable of learning said move.

I'll trade you a male Eevee with Wish for your happiny. It'd be great if you could dex-trade me a groudon as well.
