Official 5th Generation Topic

Absol's Pre-Evolution would probably be like a puppy form of Absol.
Heracross will be a smaller Beetle lol.

That would be sooooo cute! Minus, you know, the whole natural disaster magnet part of being an Absol.
I wish his stats were better, he's such a cool pokemon.

Absol should just be faster. It has pretty great Attack. Though mine at least has miserable defense...

I love Absol *_* Number two to jolteon... and a puppy Absol would just be the cutest!

I want to see the starters full evolution.

I agree that all of these would be interesting, actually. Especially skarmory and farfetched.

I like the idea of a skarmory evolution.
That thing would be able to tank like nobodiy's business.
Fartetch'd would be awesome with an evo.
Maybe have it hold it's stick like a sword and have it look like a sword.
I'd also like to see a pure flying type evo for eevee.
Just make it so it can't learn roost or something.
That'll fix the flaw that someone probably would have pointed out.

A pure flying type? That would be pretty awkward, I think, being that Eevee mammalian-esque.
I really think a ghost eeveelution would be epic, though.

I want either a ghost or a poison eevee. Something purple :3 lol. It'd be epic.

I heard a theory that the next eeveelution would be dragon, since dragon is the last of the special types that they haven't done. But I think they would save it and do something with it. Like it'd be a pseudo legend or something with a movie all about eeveelutions!

I think they should make another Fire Dragon pokemon

Why would we need another Fire / Dragon Pokemon when we have Charizard?
Technically, it's Fire / Flying, but still... it'd just be redundant. I'm tired of redundant Pokemon.

Sandslash is evolving in this generation, I have a good feeling.

Farfetch'd will never evolve.

I honestly hope this generation is completely full of evolutions from previous pokemon because so far it looks like their new ideas are a little terrible.

Sandslash doesn't need an evolution. But I guess if they did it right, it could be epic.

I didn't notice that at all. So have they been planning this for a long time? Maybe they created Munna a long time ago... or maybe it was just something for fun that they decided to go back and make a reality.

Red/Blue/Yellow: The POKéMON here are so chunky! There should be a pink one with a floral pattern!
FireRed/LeafGreen: The POKéMON here in the mountains are so chunky... I wish there were pink POKéMON with a floral pattern!

It's pretty cool referencing past things. I think it's the latter of what you said, something added in for fun.

I think Skarmory and Starmie evolving would either be too overpowered or there evolutions wouldn't be much better then they are now.

Although I'm getting a bit off topic in saying this, I feel your question deserves an answer.
The reason behind only having one topic for anything and everything 5th gen is to keep our less restrained members from "PT spamming", as it has come to be known. For example, your topic about 5th generation evolutions stayed up. X member replies, " I want a Tauros evolution!", then, for a quick extra PT, he posts on this topic to say, "I want a Tauros Evolution". For a vast majority of topics relating to 5th gen, this is a common problem that would would arise. If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me.

I think it's the whole PT thing that throws me off from this forum and why it's ALWAYS strictly moderated.

To get back on subject.. Skaramory with a EVO? Are you crazy? It's already used enough without needing any attention. Lol!

As long as there is no mix-breeding (fusion) type thing, I guess I really can't be disappointed if any Poke does or does not get an EVO. It's just a shame that they are forgotton. *Cough*Qwilfish*Cough*

What about Doubt'ful? I've heard that somewhere and thought it was good

Mabye Munna was ment to be a Drowzee pre-evo in the first gen but they cut it? But they refrenced it to show it wasn't forgotten? Or mabye one of the programmers had the idea when programming the game and all these years later remembered when they were submitting pokemon for Black and White?

Why is there no light type. There has been a dark type since 2nd gen so why not a light type. When I saw Reshiram and Zekrom I thought maybe Reshiram was going to be a light type and Zekrom a dark type.

Reminds me of Final Fantasy. And - this raises another great point. If there were light Pokemon, then dark Pokemon [and everything else] would probably be weak against it, but what would light Pokemon be weak against? Having a type that's not weak against anything would be a bit unfair.
