hmm i think the best SHINY'S are

1-Raikou

2-Kyogre

3-Groudon

4-Rayquaza

All the hoenn legends are pretty cool but raikou is the sweetest i think kyogre cuase pink is the best color groudon cause of the golden yellowish shiny on him more lime green, and rayquaza cuase hes black like char but with the other stripes hes not just plainly black but detailed black
