The Carefree Sweep!

Ludicolo ( Freedom) @Life Orb
EV:4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Ability:Swift Swim
Nature:Modest
Moves:Surf
Ice beam
Hidden Power Electric
Rain Dance
This thing will kill anything that doesn't resists any of the move.
With swift swim it'll out speed most non-scarfed Pokemon.
Max Special Attack is needed to one hit KO few bulky Pokemon such as Metagross.
With HP electric and ice beam bolt-beam combo is resisted by very few Pokemon.
Dragon types won't chance a chance. Ice beam will take out any dragon except Latias, which is two hit KOed. Rain+STAB+Surf= WIN on any other Pokemon that are neutral to all the moves. Gyarados enjoy coming in to wall, HP electric does the job taking care of that beast and other water types. Bulky water types can Life Orb stall you.
Lanturn can wall Ludicolo 100%. So it's better to get rid of those annoying counters.
You may have battled me and seen this guy, I use Ludicolo on many teams.
I usually lead with Electrode and set up the rain dance then explode. ^^

if ur using raindance teach it thunder not hp electric and also nice but it would work better on a kingdra

Haha seems interesting, but even with it's 252 EV in speed, can't it be outraced by pokemon with flying type moves? But then again there arn't many strong flying type moves.

It has 239 speed!
Swift Swim doubles it which means in Rain it will have 478 speed!

I've actually used this Ludicolo on my team and it is amazing. I have swept so many teams using it and it rocks.
