10th anniversary. Empty 10th anniversary.

ive been hearing alot about these 10th aniversary pokemon and i have no idea what they are or do. can somebody explain why theyre so valuable?

On the 10th aniversery of Pokemon in the US, many Lv. 70 Pokemon were up for event. I don't know anything else about it, but I do have a couple. Are you looking for any?

why level 70? and are they like rare or something.

I have no idea why it couldn't just be 50 or 100... Yes. All of them are rare.
