Voir's Dragon Shelter!

You enter a small dragon shelter, filled with dragon eggs, baby dragons, and ful-grown dragons. The bell rings as you open the door. The shelter is filled with the noises of roaring, hatching, and squealing. A green Lucario with white stripes, blue fur, and a green jewel on her forehead walks up to you.
"Hello," she says. "I'm Lucavoir, or Luca for short."
Luca smiles at you.
"This is my Dragon Shelter, where, of course, you can adopt dragons for free. Whether you want a new egg, newborn, or an adult dragon, you can get 'em all for free."
Luca walks to your side and gestures at the egg nests, the newborn dragon pen, and the dragon stalls. "Now, take your pick. Which stage do you want? Egg, newborn, teenager, or adult? And which breed?"

You answer and she guides you over to the place where your requested dragon is kept. "If you have a dragon, you can participate in Dragon Duels to make them more powerful and to gain attacks. Unlike in Pokemon, you don't have to forget a move to gain a new one. Limited Edition Dragons can sometimes be found over time."


She guides you over to the Limited Edition pen and shows you the dragons there.
"You're in luck! There are several Tsutaja Dragons left."

Lucavoir pets one of the Tsutaja Dragons. "Eggs do not have any attacks when first adopted. The newborns do have one starting move. It's called Scratch. Teenagers have two starting attacks: Scratch and Tail Slam. The adults have three. Scratch, Tail Slam, and Elements Ray. Elements Ray is an attack that consists of their one or two types and hits the opposing dragon with a beam of those types."
