I caught a shiny Sandslash in this game <3 What a win.

I didn't *catch* most of my team. Starter, wishmaker Jirachi, togepi, a GTS trade, a bred pokemon. I caught one of them, my Manectric in the Safari Zone. Who is good, but I wouldn't brag about.

I caught Latias yesterday in my HG. That's my best one.

My favorite is just a plain Lugia. Favorite pokemon and I've never caught or seen a shiny besides red gyarados.

The Noctowl, with the ability insomnia, moves: Hypnosis, psychic, air slash, and roost...I have destroyed many of gym leaders with it! (Especially Morty)

Best Pokemon I caught hmmm......i got a bunch but 1 of them is Rhyperior i trained it from a lv.44 Rhydon to a lv.76 Rhyperior in 2 days

they grow up so fast!
but i loved it when i caught a pidgey in the first route. It brought up memories even though it was lvl 2

I always thought legendaries were auto set to being shiny or not at the VERY start of the game?..

No, but in the case of roamers like Mesprit & Articuno and such, those are set the first time you see them. I had a soft-reset legendary so it's entirely possible.

Yes, but it's also possible to RNG or Masuda breed them, and that's way more likely to get you the shiny you want, probably faster, too.

Yes, but it's also possible to RNG or Masuda breed them, and that's way more likely to get you the shiny you want, probably faster, too.

Mind to explain what that means?

The best pokemon I caught was a shiny smeragle. Smeragle is one of my favorite pokemon and the fact that it was shiny makes it even better.

Let's see... The best pokemon that I have caught was a tauros with near flawless IV spread. I also like my caterpie which evolved into a butterfree...

i change my mind on this no longer is it the shiny mewtwo (that is still very good and all) but! i well not caught, but hatched a perfect iv spread flygon. all 31's.

my first shiny in SS was this tauros. i was running around try to EV train a metang when it appeared. I was OMG a shiny.
the first shiny in Platinum was a bidoof. i was running around tryin to hatch an egg in a different location other that soleceon town. again i was OMG a Shiny .

My best pokemon i caught was a Shiny Pidgey!

My Magmortar. He has good type coverage with his moves, has good special attack, and is just cool in general.

i have a bunch tyranitar,crobat,milotic,breloom.giritiana(this is on all my games just not ss )and dragonite on my platnum. i have my tyranitar and crobat on ss,

mine in emreld is breloom.
